At AC Ministry, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to assist with a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence. We will then arrange for a replacement or a refund to be processed as soon as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect.
